Position: Operations Services Coordinator
About: Shake Shack, a fast-growing hospitality brand committed to crafting unforgettable experiences for guests, is seeking an Operations Services Coordinator to organize and document Company Standard Operating Procedures, moderate LMS issues, and coordinate projects across the Restaurant Excellence Team.
Requirements: High school diploma or equivalent; Bachelor’s degree preferred; 1-3 years of work experience; project management and SOP repository experience; strong computer/technology skills; Microsoft Office proficiency (Outlook, Powerpoint, Teams, Word, Excel, OneDrive); organizational skills in document management; effective communication and interpersonal skills; ability to solve basic problems independently; ability to work positively with other departments and Operations
