Position: Operations/Production Manager – Industrial Ice Cream Manufacturing Facility

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Operations Manager to oversee the daily operations of our industrial ice cream manufacturing facility. This role is critical in optimizing production processes, ensuring machinery efficiency, and maintaining the highest standards of quality and safety. The ideal candidate will bring a minimum of 5 years of experience in food manufacturing, strong leadership skills, and a proven ability to enhance factory operations.
Requirements: Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering, Food Engineering, Business Administration, or a related field; minimum of 5 years of experience in food manufacturing or frozen product production. Proven expertise in factory layout design and production process optimization; strong knowledge of Lean Manufacturing and Six Sigma principles; experience with HACCP, ISO 22000, GMP quality management systems; proficiency in ERP systems and factory optimization tools; strong analytical skills for KPI tracking and operational performance assessment. Excellent leadership and team management abilities; strong problem-solving and decision-making skills under pressure; results-driven mindset with a focus on efficiency and quality; effective communication and cross-functional collaboration skills.
Benefits: base salary: $70,000 – $75,000 (commensurate with experience), commission structure and PTO, opportunities for career growth in a fast-expanding company
