Position: Operations Manager – Troutdale, OR
About: Amazon’s WW Operations network is seeking motivated and customer-focused individuals to join as Operations Managers. Managers in this role lead and develop a team to maintain high levels of safety, quality, attendance, and performance in the delivery of customer orders. The operation’s workflow includes First mile, Middle mile, and Last mile components, all focused on meeting customer expectations and ensuring timely deliveries.
Requirements: Bachelor’s degree or equivalent; 3+ years of employee and performance management experience; Work a flexible schedule/shift/work area, including weekends, nights, and/or holidays; Experience scoping, leading, and implementing process improvements through Lean process, Kaizen, and/or Six Sigma; Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills; Customer service, communication, and interpersonal skills; Track record of meeting or exceeding department performance goals
