Requirements: 2+ years of experience in a role developing, implementing, and enforcing complex policy or processes, especially in risk, fraud, audit, consulting, compliance, call center performance, HR, or startup operation; Strong attention to detail, particularly with complex policy requirements and technical deployment details; Excellent written communication skills and comfort with designing and documenting processes; Supportive collaborator and precise communicator who can balance complex requirements with precise execution expectations and a progress-over-perfection approach to change management; Willing to implement new tools and processes
