Position: Operations Manager – Salem, OR

Requirements: Bachelor’s degree or equivalent; 3+ years of employee and performance management experience; 2+ years of Amazon (blue badge/FTE) experience; work a flexible schedule/shift/work area, including weekends, nights, and/or holidays; experience in process improvement or lean techniques; demonstrated problem-solving and analytical skills; excellent customer service, communication, and interpersonal skills; lift up to 49 pounds and perform physical tasks; ability to collaborate with various support teams; Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Engineering, Operations, Supply Chain/Logistics, or related field; experience in diverse environments such as manufacturing, automotive, defense/aerospace, etc.
