About: Amazon, a global e-commerce and technology company, is seeking a motivated Operations Manager to join their WW Operations network in delivering packages and ensuring customer satisfaction. This role involves leading and developing a team to maintain safety, quality, attendance, and performance standards in a fast-paced operational environment.
Requirements: Bachelor’s degree or equivalent; 3+ years of employee and performance management experience; 2+ years of Amazon (blue badge/FTE) experience; ability to work a flexible schedule/shift/work area, including weekends, nights, and/or holidays; experience managing a team of 2+ salaried employees and 70+ indirect employees; experience scoping, leading, and implementing process improvements through Lean process, Kaizen, and/or Six Sigma; demonstrated problem-solving and analytical skills; excellent customer service, communication, and interpersonal skills; track record of meeting or exceeding department performance goals; Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Engineering, Operations, Supply Chain/Logistics, or a related field; experience in military, manufacturing, automotive, biotech, electronics, energy, instrumentation, machinery, defense/aerospace, medical, cosmetics, production, or distribution environments.
