Position: Operations Manager- Manager on Duty- Henrico Sport & Events Center
About: ASM Global, the world’s leading venue management company and producer of live event experiences, operates and invests in over 350 venues worldwide. Dedicated to enhancing guest experiences and supporting its team members, ASM Global is seeking an Operations Manager Manager on Duty to oversee daily activities at their venues.
Requirements: Bachelor’s Degree from technical college with a major in Management or Maintenance Engineering; minimum of 2 years experience in Supervising or Managing in a similar facility; supervisory experience preferred; excellent organization skills; ability to prioritize and handle multiple projects simultaneously; good written, verbal, and interpersonal skills required; ability to interact with all levels of staff including management; ability to effectively supervise staff; strong customer service skills; professional presentation, appearance, and work ethic; some computer skills; ability to work with limited supervision and as a team member; ability to work flexible hours, including nights, weekends, and holidays, in addition to normal business hours.
