Position: Operations Manager -Front Office
About: Hyatt Place Pasadena is currently seeking an Operations Manager to join their team. The Operations Manager will oversee the front desk operation, staff training, and inter-department communications to ensure excellent guest service and satisfaction. This position will report directly to the Hotel General Manager and manage the Front Office, Accounting, and Housekeeping departments to uphold quality service standards and compliance.
Requirements: 1-2 years supervisory experience in a Hotel or similar customer relations role required; supervision/management skills; experience with the Hyatt brand is a plus; knowledge of discipline-specific procedures and services, as well as other hotel departments; excellent communication skills in English, with a second language being desirable; familiarity with cash and credit transactions, enforcement of company standards, and OPERA software; strong organization, time management, and proficiency in Microsoft Outlook and Word.
