Position: Operations Manager
About: Transdev, a leading mobility company operating in various sectors including transportation systems, vehicle maintenance, and mobility solutions, is seeking an Operations Manager for their paratransit operation based in East Hartford, CT. The Operations Manager will oversee daily operations, route supervision, staff management, and ensure compliance with company policies and budgetary objectives.
Requirements: 2-3 years of transit supervisory experience preferred; knowledge of regulatory requirements for demand response transportation services; experience in supervising schedulers, dispatchers, reservations, and drivers; computer literate with Microsoft Office knowledge; ability to prioritize tasks, manage time effectively, and interact professionally with employees at all levels; willingness to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays; possess a working vehicle for commute; subject to DOT drug testing
Benefits: competitive compensation package of minimum $65,000 – maximum $70,000, vacation: minimum of two (2) weeks, sick days: 5 days, holidays: 12 days; 8 standard and 4 floating, 401(k) retirement plan, medical, dental and vision insurance, life insurance, short-term disability, voluntary long-term disability
