Position: Operations Manager

About: Valet Living, a company dedicated to operational excellence, is seeking an Operations Manager to ensure effective management of staffing, training, inventory control, safety compliance, and systems efficiency. The role emphasizes delivering exceptional customer service and support to Area Leaders, optimizing processes, and improving productivity. The position reports to the Director of Operations and offers a salary range of $60,000-$65,000 with a 15% bonus target of annual salary (paid quarterly) and an auto allowance including fixed bi-weekly contributions and monthly variable mileage reimbursement. Key responsibilities include leading and supporting a team of Area Leaders, analyzing complex datasets, budget implementation, scheduling, staffing collaboration, internal systems compliance, client satisfaction, new service opportunities identification, safety enforcement, inventory oversight, and project management. The Operations Manager must have a high school diploma or GED, with a bachelor’s degree preferred, along with 5-7 years of leadership experience, including budgeting and reporting. Proficiency in MS Word, Outlook, Excel, and PowerPoint is required, as well as exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, project management abilities, customer service focus, and basic HR knowledge. The role involves physical requirements such as sitting/standing while working on a computer, lifting/carrying up to 50 lbs, outdoor work/driving in various weather conditions, tolerance for unpleasant odors, possession of a valid driver’s license, and ability to be on call during irregular hours.
