Position: Operations Manager
About: Disrupting Traffick is a nonprofit organization dedicated to supporting survivors of human trafficking and those at risk. They provide direct services and resource connections through a comprehensive Resource Center, Safe House program, and innovative community partnerships. Requirements: Master of Social Work (MSW) required; strong organizational skills with keen attention to detail; proven experience in operations or nonprofit management preferred; excellent written and verbal communication skills; familiarity with tracking systems, data management, and grant reporting; ability to work collaboratively within a horizontal hierarchy; experience in victim services; basic understanding of human trafficking
