Position: Operations Manager
About: NXT Division, located in Conshohocken, PA, is hiring for a Communications Manager and Event On-site Operator role. The Communications Manager will be responsible for supporting NXT Sports communications, creating email templates, and collaborating closely with the Marketing Manager. The Event On-site Operator will assist with on-site event operations, manage staff and logistics, and handle event set-up and breakdown.
Requirements: Bachelor’s Degree from a 4-year accredited University or College or equivalent work experience; experience managing or working with a brand’s social media account; incredible attention to detail; excellent time management and the ability to handle multiple different projects at once; fluency with Microsoft Office Suite; excellent grammar; knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite (Premiere, Lightroom, Photoshop) or other video editing software; clean driving record
