Requirements: Proven experience as an Operations Manager or similar role in a relevant industry; strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and manage diverse teams effectively; demonstrated experience in business development, project management, and strategic planning; excellent analytical skills focusing on profit loss management and process improvement; exceptional communication skills, both verbal and written, interacting effectively at all organizational levels; proficiency in relevant software applications and tools used for operations management; bachelor’s degree in business administration or related field preferred, relevant experience may substitute for education.
