Position: Operations Coordinator
About: Midtown Athletic Club and Hotel in Chicago is the largest premium athletic club in the world, offering a 55-room hotel, full-service restaurant, indoor and outdoor pools, golf simulators, basketball court, state-of-the-art fitness, and top racquet sports programs in North America. The Operations Coordinator position is a newly created role supporting the General Manager and Senior Leadership Team in coordinating various meetings, events, initiatives, and administrative tasks at the club and hotel.
Requirements: Highly motivated with 5 or more years of stable work experience; strong sense of urgency and attention to detail; ability to adapt under pressure and problem solve effectively; exceptional written and verbal communication skills; excellent time management and problem-solving abilities; proven track record of remaining calm under pressure and resolving sensitive situations; ability to influence others and communicate tactfully for cross-organization cooperation; advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office applications; professional attitude with a focus on building a positive work environment.
