Requirements: Prior experience in truckload dispatch or freight brokerage required; Strong communication and problem-solving skills; Ability to multitask and prioritize in a time-sensitive environment; Tech-savvy with TMS and load tracking platforms (e.g. TruckerTools, Macropoint); Self-motivated, dependable, and able to work independently overnight; Follow detailed risk mitigation processes to prevent cargo claims, fraud, and cargo theft
