Position: Operations Assistant
About: Are you passionate about serving our Cast? As an Operations Assistant, you will focus on local Cast Recognition, Cast Engagement, and Cast Communication efforts as well as supporting global programs and events. You will develop programs and activities designed to enhance the Cast experience and have daily interactions with local Leadership teams and business executives. This role will support Disney Water Parks, Miniature Golf, and Mickey’s Retreat. You will report to the Parks Planning & Integration Project Manager. This is a full-time hourly role.
Requirements: Enthusiasm for recognition and creating happiness for our Cast; Demonstrated work experience managing Cast recognition programs/events and budgets from concept through completion; High proficiency in crafting presentations and collateral using PowerPoint or similar software such as Canva; Ability to multitask and focus on multiple projects and events at one time; Commitment to promote an inclusive work environment that supports workforce diversity and diverse perspectives; High proficiency managing requests and priorities simultaneously amidst constant change; Creativity to find solutions, removing barriers and seeing opportunities for continuous improvement; Talent for developing partnerships and working with all team members in the organization; Experience handling confidential information; Proficiency in Microsoft Suite and other programs as well as basic computer functions necessary to operate in a Windows environment and proofread documents; Schedule availability to include weekends, variable shifts, and holidays; Ability to lift 40+ pounds
