Position: Operations and Events Logistics Coordinator

About: The Harvard Divinity School (HDS) seeks a highly organized and detail-oriented Operations and Events Logistics Coordinator to join its Operations team. This hybrid role involves providing critical support for the daily operations of the physical campus and coordinating logistical support for events at HDS, collaborating with various departments to ensure smooth event logistics aligning with the school’s mission.

Requirements: Minimum of 3 years of relevant administrative support experience, preferably in a facilities or operations department; Proficiency in Microsoft Office; Ability to work on campus for key events, including occasional evening and weekend hours with advance notice; Cover letter required in addition to resume.
