Position: Operational Manager
About: Helping Hands Commercial Cleaning is looking for a skilled and motivated Operations Manager to lead our commercial cleaning division. In this role, you will be responsible for managing the day-to-day operations, ensuring the highest quality of service and client satisfaction. You’ll collaborate with the leadership team to create and implement strategies that enhance our operational processes and support the company’s growth objectives. This role demands a flexible schedule and occasional travel.
Requirements: – Strong proficiency in computers, especially in Excel, including the ability to create and manipulate formulas, tables, and data & using AI to improve efficiency; demonstrated leadership and supervisory skills; experience in customer service and managing client relationships; exceptional communication skills, both verbal and written; excellent time management and organizational abilities; strong analytical skills with a focus on data-driven decision-making; bilingual in English and Spanish; flexible schedule; be able to travel; min 2-year experience in the janitorial industry
