Position: Operation Coordinator – 713 Music Hall

About: Live Nation’s Concerts Division at the 713 Music Hall in Houston, Texas is seeking a highly motivated and proactive Operation Coordinator to join the venue team. This position offers hands-on experience in an exciting, fast-paced, and inspired setting.

Requirements: Responsible Alcohol Awareness Training Certification or Equivalent; Working knowledge of high-volume nightclub operations, responsible alcohol service, and guest relations; Skills in guest relations and staff relations; Prioritization of duties and effective communication skills; Ability to handle multiple tasks/issues effectively with an upbeat attitude; Read guests to anticipate their needs; Turn negative situations into positive ones; Communicate well with team members and managers; Foster an atmosphere of unity and camaraderie; High school diploma required; Experience in a live music environment preferred; College diploma in a related field preferred
