About: The Operating Partner is responsible for leading a team of Family Members and managing the performance and operations of their restaurant(s). The partner leads key financial, staffing, and brand decisions.
Requirements: Associate degree or equivalent work experience; 2+ years of management experience in the restaurant or hospitality industry
