About: Wendy’s is seeking a dedicated and organized Shift Supervisor to lead and support the team in delivering Wendy’s 5 Key Drivers. The role involves overseeing team responsibilities during opening and closing, ensuring compliance with operational standards, cleanliness, food safety, and preparation procedures. The Shift Supervisor plays a crucial role in fostering a productive, safe, and friendly work environment while mentoring and developing crew members and Team Trainers.
Requirements: High school diploma or equivalent required; experience in a restaurant or fast-food setting preferred; strong leadership and team management skills; knowledge of food safety standards and procedures; excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
