Position: OPC Greeter

Requirements: High school diploma or general education degree (GED); or one to three months related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience; Ability to effectively present information in one-on-one and small group situations; Requires a flexible work schedule including mornings, nights, weekends, and holidays; Must be outgoing and assertive; Must be able to handle cash and tickets accurately and securely; Positive, self-motivated, and able to work in a team environment; Excellent face-to-face customer service skills; Ability to read and comprehend simple instructions and write simple correspondence; Enjoy working with tourists; Passionate about genuinely helping clients get a better deal and improving their overall vacation experience; Will need to be able to overcome objections; May be required to stand for long periods of time in outdoor and/or indoor environments
