Requirements: High school diploma or equivalent required; 5+ years of outside sales experience, ideally in pool, spa, landscaping, or hardscape industries; proven history of territory growth and relationship-building; highly organized and comfortable juggling calls, texts, emails, and field meetings; willingness to travel up to 50%; public speaking experience and ability to train and inspire groups of all sizes; self-starter mindset with grit, hustle, and heart
