Position: On Premise Festival and Event Manager
About: The On Premise Festival & Event Manager plays a critical role within the national festival & event strategy at Red Bull North America, Inc. This position involves leading key relationships nationally and regionally, negotiating, planning, and managing all sponsored Music Festivals and 3rd Party Events.
Requirements: 5+ years of relevant experience in live event production and understanding of experiential marketing; deep connection and respected reputation with promoters and industry leaders; experience managing budgets $1MIO or greater; thorough understanding of all facets of festival and event production; strong track record in delivery of large-scale programs; negotiation and project management experience; must have a valid U.S. driver’s license; bachelor’s degree preferred or equivalent work experience; must be fluent in English, additional language skills an advantage
