Position: On Premise Distribution Manager (m/w/d)
About: Reporting to the Sr. Manager of On Premise Distribution, you will ensure implementation of our On Premise Standards, lead the best execution with your DSD distributors, and oversee the relationship with our foodservice distribution network. Your main responsibilities will include communicating priorities and driving sales programs, developing annual business plans, measuring goal execution, and monitoring sales/POS.
Requirements: 5+ years of experience in Consumer Product Goods industry; 4+ years’ experience leading teams and working with vendors; Distributor, Supplier, or Broadline experience; On Premise industry experience; Experience managing back end financial planning systems and budgets; Negotiation experience; Experience implementing successful sales and trade marketing strategies; Valid Driver’s License; Bachelor’s Degree required; Must be fluent in English, additional language skills an advantage
