Position: On Premise Distribution Manager
About: Red Bull North America, Inc. is looking for a driven and strategic On Premise Distribution Manager to join their team. The role involves ensuring alignment with distributors, developing business plans, and driving execution to achieve volume goals and strategic priorities. This position may be located in Des Moines, IA.
Requirements: Outstanding sales experience in Consumer Product Goods and FMCG, preferably in the foodservice industry with at least 5 years of experience; experience in distributor, supplier, or broadline distributor roles preferred; strong analytical and financial acumen; 4+ years of dynamic leadership experience managing third-party sales teams; excellent negotiation and influencer skills; ability to develop and implement successful sales and trade marketing strategies; valid U.S. driver’s license; Bachelor’s degree preferred or equivalent work experience; fluent in English, additional language skills a plus
