Team members are expected to handle various in-store tasks efficiently and provide a welcoming and helpful experience for guests.
Requirements: Capability to remain focused and composed in a fast-paced environment; welcoming and helpful attitude towards guests and team members; ability to communicate effectively and use technology devices; work independently and as part of a team; attention to detail and ability to follow processes accurately; handle cash register operations; climb ladders safely; lift and move merchandise efficiently; flexible work schedule including nights, weekends, and holidays; active engagement by picking up and working shifts every 4 weeks; capable of working in varying temperatures and elements; remain mobile for the duration of a scheduled shift
