Requirements: Ability to work as an On-Demand Team Member with a flexible schedule based on shift availability and store needs; active engagement by picking up shifts and responding to communication from leadership; regular attendance and willingness to work at least one shift every 4 weeks; strong communication skills and ability to handle multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment; capability to work in varying temperatures and remain mobile for scheduled shifts
