Requirements: High school diploma or equivalent; ability to work in a fast-paced environment with attention to detail; strong communication and interpersonal skills; willingness to engage with guests and handle multiple tasks; flexibility to work nights, weekends, and holidays; capability to lift and move merchandise up to 44 pounds independently; active engagement by picking up and working shifts every 4 weeks; responsiveness to communication attempts
