Position: On Call Guest Service Agent

About: Sonesta International Hotels is seeking a Guest Services Agent (GSA) to join their team. The GSA plays a crucial role in delivering exceptional service to guests and clients, handling front desk operations, and supporting the Operations Manager. They are the main contact at the front desk, responsible for utilizing technology systems and managing in-house guest relations during their shift, reflecting the brand’s standards as guests enter the hotel.

Requirements: High school diploma or equivalent required; one year of previous hotel experience or retail customer service preferred; background in the extended stay industry is a plus; fluent in English with knowledge of other languages beneficial; professional communication skills; familiarity with Microsoft Office and Opera systems preferred; ServSafe and TIPS certifications may be required; valid driver’s license; physical ability to stand, bend, climb, lift items up to 50 pounds, handle equipment, and work various shifts including mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays.
