Position: On-Call Cook
About: Marriott Hotels is currently seeking a Cook to join their kitchen staff team. The Cook will be responsible for preparing and cooking a variety of dishes for guests, maintaining cleanliness and organization in the kitchen, following recipes and portion control guidelines, ensuring food quality meets standards, collaborating with the kitchen team to meet service deadlines, and adhering to all food safety and sanitation regulations. Requirements: High school diploma or equivalent required; experience as a grill cook or line cook preferred; knowledge of kitchen sanitation and safety regulations; ability to follow recipes and portion control guidelines; strong communication and teamwork skills
