Position: ON CALL BARTENDER – BANQUET
About: Hard Rock Cafe is seeking a Bartender Banquets to provide exceptional service to banquet guests, including taking orders, preparing beverages, and ensuring guest satisfaction in a high-energy environment. The position plays a key role in creating memorable experiences and exceeding guest expectations at all times.
Requirements: Secondary school degree preferred and/or a minimum of 2 years of service experience; ability to communicate effectively in English and preferably in additional languages; familiarity with basic cash handling procedures and customer service principles; fluency in casino food and beverage operations, with valid Food Handlers Card, Liquor License, and IGC Badge when working; flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed; ability to lift up to 50 pounds and work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment; compliance with all food safety, sanitation, and alcohol service regulations
