Position: On-Call Bartender
About: The Bartender position at Kissel Uptown Oakland, a vibrant hotel located in the heart of Oakland’s Uptown district, involves preparing and serving food and drinks to patrons while adhering to age regulations. The role also includes coordinating lounge/bar activities at the property.
Requirements: Three to six months of related experience or equivalent training; Alcohol Awareness Certification in compliance with State regulations; Proficiency in English language; Strong problem-solving skills and ability to manage customer interactions effectively; Knowledge of safety procedures, policies, and bar operations; Ability to work flexible hours and maintain professionalism; High school diploma or equivalent
