Position: On-Call Bartender

Requirements: High school diploma or equivalent and/or experience in the hotel or a related field preferred; flexible schedule with occasional long hours required; ability to lift up to 50 pounds occasionally and/or 20 pounds frequently; effective communication skills; ability to stand for the entire shift; excellent multitasking and prioritization abilities; strong problem-solving skills; willingness to attend required meetings and trainings; high standards of personal appearance and grooming; adherence to hotel standards and regulations for safe and efficient operations; proactive attitude towards guest and operational needs; ability to handle confidential information; willingness to cross-train in various hotel areas
