Position: On-Call Bartender

Requirements: High school diploma or equivalent and/or experience in a hotel or a related field preferred; flexible and long hours sometimes required; ability to stand during entire shift; effective verbal and written communication skills with all levels of employees and guests; multitasking and prioritization skills to meet deadlines; ability to maintain high standards of personal appearance and grooming; comply with hotel standards and regulations for safe and efficient operations; effective problem-solving skills; ability to cross-train in other hotel-related areas; maintain confidentiality of information; show initiative in anticipating guest or operational needs; attend all hotel required meetings and trainings; follow prescribed procedures in serving liquor to avoid issues with intoxicated guests; respond to guest problems, complaints, and accidents; familiar with fire exit and fire extinguisher locations and operations; ensure cleanliness and tidiness in the bar and service areas for overall guest satisfaction; proficient in handling various tasks as requested by management
