Position: ON-CALL BARBACK – NIGHTLIFE
About: Hard Rock International (USA) Inc. is seeking an ON-CALL Barback who will be responsible for assisting in anticipating the bar’s needs and providing support to bartenders and management in maintaining key bar supplies. The role involves ensuring a clean and orderly lounge or bar area, stocking various supplies, maintaining glassware and garnishes, as well as supporting overall bar operations to create a seamless guest experience. Additionally, the Barback will act as an ambassador for the establishment, promoting the venue and its offerings to customers.
Requirements: Secondary school degree preferred and/or at least 1 year of previous service experience; ability to comprehend and communicate effectively in English, with additional languages preferred; physical ability to perform tasks including standing, walking, lifting, and tolerating various environmental factors; deep understanding of lifestyle hotels and premium dining products and services; must meet any required licensing requirements; availability for evening, weekend, and holiday shifts
