Position: On Call Banquet Server
About: Best Western Plus is seeking a dedicated and personable Server to provide the highest level of food service in a courteous and professional manner, ensuring a positive dining experience for guests. The Server will accurately process guest orders and maintain communication with the kitchen and other staff to ensure guest satisfaction with the food and service.
Requirements: High school diploma or equivalent required; warm and welcoming demeanor to greet guests; ability to effectively communicate menu details and specials; strong attention to detail in processing orders and ensuring timely delivery; proficient in handling guest inquiries and requests; knowledge of food safety procedures and compliance regulations; commitment to maintaining cleanliness and quality standards in the restaurant and service area; willingness to provide exceptional personalized service to guests; cashier experience preferred
