Position: On Call Banquet Server
About: Embassy Suites South Jordan Salt Lake City is looking for a Banquet Server to set up banquet rooms and serve food and/or beverages in accordance with established guest service and sustainability standards. This role offers growth opportunities to progress to Banquet Captain, Assistant Banquet Manager, and Banquet Manager positions. The focus of the role includes setting up banquet rooms as per instructions, serving guests, replenishing beverages, and ensuring guest satisfaction. The work environment involves varying schedules, including holidays and weekends, and physical requirements like standing for extended periods, lifting up to 35 pounds, and bending.
Requirements: High school diploma or equivalent; food service experience a plus; ability to remember and recite menu items
