Position: On Call Banquet Server
About: Sonesta International Hotels Corporation is seeking a Banquet Server to deliver and serve food and beverage items to banquet guests in a timely and friendly manner, upholding the hotel’s commitment to exceptional guest service. The role involves setting up banquet displays, providing food services, engaging with guests to address their needs, and collaborating with banquet leadership to ensure a seamless event experience.
Requirements: Track record of delivering exceptional guest experience; strong communication skills; professional appearance and demeanor; availability for varied shifts including weekends and holidays; ability to understand room setups and seating charts; possession of Louisiana Responsible Vendor Server’s Permit and ServSafe Food Handler Certificate; 1 year prior food service experience in Banquets.
