Position: On Call Banquet Busser
About: As an on-call banquet busser, this position requires demonstrating a comfortable knowledge of service and multi-functional duties related to guest service. The role also involves opening and closing events operationally from a busser’s standpoint, working in collaboration with the front of the house team to ensure member and guest satisfaction in a high-end environment. This position reports to the Food & Beverage Management team and Captain.
Requirements: Comfortable knowledge level regarding product and property’s information; proficiency in verbal and written English; demonstrated willingness to learn and work; ability to work assigned shifts, including weekends; knowledge of Cleaning Standards in a commercial food operation
