About: WKRK 92.3 The Fan, Cleveland’s top-rated sports talk station, is seeking an enthusiastic On-Air Host to join their dynamic, high-performing broadcast team. This position is ideal for a passionate sports fan who can engage with Cleveland’s sports culture and adapt to evolving technologies while delivering exceptional programming both on-air and off-air.
Requirements: Proven experience hosting a successful sports talk show or equivalent experience (e.g., live internet shows or podcasts); Ability to seamlessly integrate live interviews with station and external audio clips; Strong knowledge of sports teams, players, and statistics, with an energetic and contemporary on-air delivery; Thorough understanding of Cleveland’s sports scene and local audience demographics
