Position: Office Specialist
About: A multi-faceted home health agency is seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Office Specialist to support daily operations. This role involves efficient office management, patient care coordination, and patient relations, working closely with the Director of Clinical Services or Executive Director for scheduling, staff support, and compliance.
Requirements: High school diploma or GED required; Associate’s degree in Nursing, Healthcare Administration, Business, or related field preferred; Graduate of a state-approved Licensed Vocational Nursing (LVN) program preferred; Minimum two (2) years of relevant experience required (Home Health or Hospice); Experience with Electronic Medical Records (EMR), Wellsky/Kinnser preferred; Strong organizational and multitasking skills; Excellent oral and written communication with outstanding interpersonal skills; Ability to work independently with minimal supervision and within a team environment; Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook); Valid driver’s license, auto liability insurance, and reliable transportation; Travel may be required.
