About: A pet care company known for its exceptional customer service is seeking Office Managers to play a vital role in managing client reservations and ensuring efficient operations. The responsibilities include responding to reservation requests, coordinating key exchanges, overseeing the pet care team’s daily visits, processing payments, handling client inquiries, and managing reservations in the system.
Requirements: High school diploma or equivalent required; at least 5 years of experience in an office environment as a receptionist, customer service representative, or office assistant preferred; friendly and punctual with strong communication skills; ability to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment
