Position: Office Manager/Receptionist
About: Kama’aina Kids, a childcare provider in Kailua, Hawaii, is seeking a dedicated Office Manager/Receptionist to join their team and contribute to creating positive experiences for children and youth.
Requirements: High school diploma or equivalent required; associate or bachelor’s degree preferred; prior experience as a receptionist, office manager, or administrative assistant strongly preferred; strong customer service and interpersonal skills; proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) and general office technology; ability to multitask and manage time effectively in a fast-paced environment; detail-oriented with strong organizational skills; ability to lift up to 50 lbs. as needed for office supplies or deliveries
