Requirements: Manager of Office & Facilities Management at Optiver in New York; experience in office management, facilities management, and construction projects; solid experience with facilities management, remodeling, restacks, and office moves; understanding of building infrastructure/MEP fundamentals such as HVAC, electrical, plumbing; proven background in creating the best workplace experience; strong vendor management skills; good understanding of technical solutions and ticketing systems; ability to prioritize competing tasks and focus on quality; strong relationship-building and communication skills; excellent organization and leadership abilities; patience and analytical problem-solving skills; flexibility to work evenings or weekends when needed; ability to work independently in high-pressure situations
