Position: Office/Dock Rep
About: The position serves both on the dock and in the office, maintaining open communication with cruise line shore excursions staff, Alaska X staff, and guests to ensure that tours depart on time with the correct number of passengers. Responsibilities include confirming tour numbers on the docks, informing associated parties, and settling at the end of the day.
Requirements: Certified or able to get certified in First Aid/CPR; able to lift up to 50 lbs; legally eligible to work in the US; CDL or able to attain one; 21 years or older; holds a valid driver’s license
