Position: Office Assistant (Contract)

Requirements: High school diploma or equivalent required; minimum three (3) years of office environment experience highly preferred; effective organizational skills with meticulous attention to detail, excellent time management skills, and ability to prioritize; exceptional customer service and interpersonal skills required; proven clerical skills such as email communication, data entry, scheduling, and basic mathematical knowledge; resourceful with common sense and proven problem-solving skills; working knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook; proactive with initiative to ensure timely completion of projects and manage multiple priorities; discreet with handling confidential information; ability to lift 15 pounds; flexibility and adaptability to changing procedures and urgent situations; excellent written and verbal communication skills in English; willingness to work outside normal U.S. business hours and adapt to unique projects/needs; able to work full time in an office and remote environment, sit/stand at a computer, and work in front of a computer screen for significant portions of the workday; must promote and abide by company’s Core Values as defined by the AlixPartners’ Code of Conduct and foster an inclusive environment at all levels of an organization.
