Position: Office Aide / Passport Agent (Part-time)
About: The City of Buena Park, specifically the City Clerk’s Office, is seeking energetic, self-motivated, detail-oriented, and reliable individuals to fill the position of Office Aide / Passport Agent. This role involves assisting in the processing of U.S. passport applications and providing exceptional customer service to the public. The position offers a unique opportunity for training and certification by the U.S. State Department.
Requirements: Graduation from high school or G.E.D. equivalent; six months of office administrative support experience or equivalent training; knowledge of office administration practices, customer service techniques, and computer software; ability to interpret and apply policies, perform clerical work, communicate effectively, operate office equipment, and establish working relationships
