Requirements: Minimum of two years of related administrative experience; strong written and verbal communication skills; excellent organizational and time-management abilities; ability to multitask effectively and adapt to competing demands; proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook); computer literate with the ability to quickly learn new software; strong interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact professionally and effectively with all levels of staff and clients; ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion; detail-oriented with a focus on accuracy and efficiency; motivated, dependable, and a team player
