Requirements: Responsible for all aspects of professional service and guest satisfaction; Guide a team serving food and beverages to Carryout guests; Oversees training set up and break down of Carryout; Organize and maintain checklists, preorders, contracts, inventory, and communicate with the kitchen; Expert in quality assurance, assembly, and guest services; Ability to perform effectively under pressure and multi-task; Work closely with Event Coordinator to support.
